I’m a Digital Experience & Service Designer, born in Poland, based in Madrid, and working worldwide.

I graduated in Graphic Arts and Visual Communication from the University of Arts in Poznań, Poland.

With over 10 years of experience, mainly in the B2B sector, I’ve learned that good design always starts with listening — to people, to context, and to constraints.

I design processes and tools that help teams and users navigate through systems — more easily and with more confidence.

I enjoy mapping messy situations, asking questions that spark reflection, and turning scattered ideas into clear, useful solutions.
